Thomas A. Crosley:
Thomas A. Crosley
is a trial lawyer and the founder of the
Crosley Law Firm. He received his
bachelors degree from the University of
Texas in 1988, and his law degree from
the University of Houston in 1992. He
was admitted to the bar in the State of
Texas in 1992, and is also admitted to
practice in the United States District
Courts for the Northern, Southern,
Eastern and Western Districts of Texas,
as well as the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Crosley is Board Certified in
Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas
Board of Legal Specialization and is
board certified as a Civil Trial
Advocate by the National Board of Trial
Advocacy. He served as the president of
the San Antonio Trial Lawyers
Association in 2002. In 2001, he was
appointed by the Bexar County
Commissioners Court to the Advisory
Board for the Bexar County Dispute
Resolution Center. He is a member of
numerous legal organizations, including
the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association (Director, 2005-present,
Advocates Director, 1999-2001), The San
Antonio Trial Lawyers Association
(Director, 2000-2001, President, 2002),

In 2003, Mr. Crosley was named to Who's
Who in American Law, and in 2004 he was
named a Rising Star (top 2.5% of
lawyers age 40 and under) by Texas
Monthly magazine and he has been named a
Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics and
the publishers of Texas Monthly.
Mr. Crosley's docket of cases includes
personal injury and wrongful death cases
arising from automobile and trucking
accidents, defective products, medical
malpractice, and related areas.
R. Andrew Rodriguez:
R. Andrew Rodriguez received his bachelor's degree with honors
from Texas Christian University in 1992 and was a member of the
Golden Key National Honor Society. He was a recipient of various
scholarships. Mr. Rodriguez served as an intern at U.S.
Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. where he assisted in
the civil prosecution of health care providers and defense
contractors who had defrauded the government.
Mr. Rodriguez attended law school at Southern Methodist
University where he was a merit scholarship recipient. He
received his law degree in 1996.
Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience representing clients in
personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases.
He was recognized by Texas Lawyer for his work on a Top 10
statewide medical malpractice verdict during 1999. Texas Lawyer
also recognized Mr. Rodriguez for his work on a Top 10 statewide
personal injury settlement during 2002.
Mr. Rodriguez was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997. He
is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the
San Antonio Bar Association.
